Based on a very conservative estimate, the quarry company have informed us that they expect a lorry to move in or out of the quarry 10 times an hour – that’s a lorry journey every 6 minutes for 11 hours a day, Monday to Friday (and every 6 minutes for 6 hours a day on Saturdays).
